Yes, Ellie Yuen Physiotherapy clinic offers telehealth services for patients who are unable to attend in-person appointments. These sessions are conducted via video call, and your physiotherapist will provide you with exercises and advice to manage your condition from home.
Cancellations and rescheduling are outlined in the terms and conditions:
3+ working days’ notice: Refundable minus 25% of the appointment fee.
Within 2 working days / no-show: 50% of the total appointment fee is retained.
Rescheduling: Free of charge with at least 2 working days’ notice, ideally within 7 days of the original appointment. If rescheduling outside this window, a fee will be applied.
