1. Booking & Payment
• Appointments can be booked online via our booking page, by phone, or by email.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
• Packages and programmes must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.
2.Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
To ensure appointments are available for all clients, the following applies:
• Cancel 5 or more days before your appointment: 95% refund (5% administration fee).
• Cancel between 48 hours and 5 days before: 80% refund (20% fee).
• Cancel within 48 hours: 50% refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment: no refund.
Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge if done 48 hours or more in advance.
• Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 7 days of the original appointment.
• If rescheduling via email or WhatsApp, please ensure you receive confirmation. Alternatively, confirm cancellations via the cancellation link in your reminder email and rebook via email or WhatsApp.
Packages & Programmes:
• The same cancellation and rescheduling rules apply. Any fees or deductions will be applied to your package balance.
Extenuating Circumstances:
• In cases of illness or emergency, please notify the clinic as soon as possible. Refunds may be granted at the clinic’s discretion.
Refund Processing:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days via Stripe.
• If you paid in person, please provide your bank details to ensure a smooth refund.
• The clinic is not responsible for delays; if a refund is not received after 10 working days, please contact your bank or Stripe directly.
3. Late Arrivals
• Arriving late may shorten your session to avoid delaying the next client; the full fee still applies.
• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will be treated as a missed appointment, and no refund will be issued.
4. Chaperone
• You may bring a chaperone to your appointment with advance notice.
• If required, the clinic can provide a chaperone if requested at least 5 days in advance (subject to availability).
5. Package & Programme Terms
3-Session Packages:
• Must be used within 3 months of the first appointment, some delay may be may be granted at the clinic’s discretion.
• Standard cancellation and late arrival rules apply.
• Paid in full at purchase.
6-Week Programmes:
• Must be completed within 8 weeks of the first appointment.
• All other terms as above.
6. Treatment & Liability
• All sessions are provided by a Chartered Physiotherapist in accordance with professional standards.
• You must disclose all relevant medical information before treatment. The clinic cannot accept responsibility for any adverse outcomes arising from withheld information or failure to follow advice.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
• Personal and medical information is kept confidential and stored in accordance with GDPR.
• Information will only be shared with other healthcare providers if necessary for your care and with your consent.
8. Infection Control / Health & Safety
• Please inform the clinic if you have a contagious illness or infection prior to attending.
• The clinic may reschedule or refuse treatment if attendance poses a risk to you or others.
9. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
• The clinic is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including extreme weather, strikes, or other emergencies.
10. General
• These terms apply in addition to any pre-assessment or consent forms completed.
• The clinic reserves the right to amend policies, terms, or fees at any time.

11. Pessary Fitting
Booking & Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking the initial pessary fitting appointment to secure your slot. The initial payment is non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Device Supply:
The payment covers one pessary supply. If the first device is not comfortably fitting, a free replacement is provided within two weeks under the “two-week success guarantee.”
Follow-Up Appointments:
Follow-ups must be booked within the time frames stated to receive lower fee pricing (£60 within 3–6 weeks). Late bookings will incur the higher fee (£76).
Ongoing Care:
You remain responsible for ongoing care, cleaning, and monitoring of the pessary as instructed. Any discomfort, bleeding, unusual discharge, or pain must be reported promptly.
Education & Support:
The service includes education, guidance, and support but does not replace surgical or gynaecological advice if required. If a pessary is not suitable, further options may be discussed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of booking payment.
Professional Standards:
The service is delivered under UK professional physiotherapy standards. Clients must adhere to guidance given and attend follow-ups as advised.
Medical Changes:
Any change in your medical condition, medications, pelvic health symptoms, or pregnancy status must be communicated before the fitting.
Follow-Up Reviews:
Reviews are recommended at 3 months and 9 months after fitting to check pessary fit, comfort, and vaginal tissue health. Thereafter, reviews move to an annual schedule. If follow-ups are not attended, the patient accepts responsibility for any complications or changes that may occur in the meantime.
Data Protection & Privacy:
Your personal and health information will be held securely and in line with UK law and our Privacy Policy.
Acknowledgment:
By proceeding with the service, patients acknowledge the importance of follow-up care, agree to adhere to instructions, and accept responsibility for reporting any symptoms promptly.
